Hey downtown parents, I'm one of you! I'm a long-time renter and TDSB parent to a son in Gr. 2. Raising a family in downtown is hard! I'm here to offer truly local representation in Spadina-Fort York.
I've previously run as a federal and provincial candidate. I'm an active School Council volunteer and a board member of University Settlement. For work, I'm a Technical Writer on public rail projects.
Improve communication to parents! We must restore public accountability through great transparency. I will commit to weekly web updates, regular office hours, monthly townhalls, and quarterly reports.
Parent and grandparent who will bring a practical, informed and family-focused voice to the school board as a community leader who supported families navigating education systems.
Author, freelance writer, researcher, philosopher. Experience in life coaching, legal assistance, business administration. Holds a Philosophy and English Writing degree. Served on executive boards.
Education Enrichment: Raise academic standards, strengthen literacy and numeracy, support teachers and ensure every student has the opportunity and resources to succeed.
