Andi was born and raised in Toronto to a working-class family and now calls Spadina-Fort York home. As a former public servant and lawyer, they have always prioritised service through action.

Andi is a lawyer, trained in employment and labour law. Previously, Andi was a federal public servant and they have over a decade of experience working for community groups, non-profits, and NGOs.

Andi's top priority is affordability. They're dedicated to improving housing access & renter protections. Andi also plans to expand fare-free TTC transit for all & increase access to affordable food.

I've lived in Ward 10 for nearly 30 years. I'm committed to advocating for affordable housing, public safety, accessible public transit, and essential services like childcare and schools.

I completed my B.A. and M.A. degrees at the University of Toronto. I earned my PhD degree in the U.K., where I taught for several years. I was a volunteer first responder in Toronto for 6 years.

Public Safety: I’ll pursue evidence-based strategies to reduce crime. Strategies that work because they're backed by empirical data.
